Shipping
Shipping for custom sublimated items will be $15 for the first and following items. Your order will come by courier and shipping is added appropriately while checking out.
We offer Print on Demand items and these items vary in shipping costs. Shipping is calculated in your cart when checking out. Prices are from $9+
In Stock items can be picked up in Uxbridge and details will be given to you via email once your order is processed.
Team orders will not have an additional shipping charge and will be placed at the start of the season.
How do I receive my order?
CUSTOM ITEMS FROM UnCommon
As these are made to order they will be shipped to your home straight from the supplier. Orders take 3-4 weeks to fulfill.
INSTOCK ITEMS
Some of our apparel has minimums and we will stock it as an association. These items can be picked up within a couple of days and we will reach out to fulfill the order.
TEAM ORDERS
This is when we place orders as an association at the start of the season. Once product comes in we will disperse it to your team managers. Some items come in quicker than others and we will get it to your manager as it arrives.
Refunds?
For custom orders of jerseys or shorts it is final sale. If there's a mistake when ordering made by us we will cover ordering a replacement. Please ensure you double check the spelling/spacing of names and check with your manager that you can use the number you are requesting.
If the item is in a unworn condition we can provide a refund and will sell it within our lacrosse family.
