Lacrosse 7’s Field Lacrosse League

Lacrosse Seven’s will be 7 vs 7 played on a field 1/3 the size of a regular field. Playing 7 vs 7 in a small space gives participants the opportunity to play field lacrosse while reaping the benefits from playing lacrosse in a smaller space similar to box lacrosse. This translates into maximum touches and reps per player in all positions with LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development supports small sided games to maximize individual skill development, building sports IQ and decision making).

The league will kick off in week 1 , with a practice focused onSkill development and player evaluation. Following week 1, teams will be formed. Prior to each game coaches will run a 20 minute practice focusing on a different skill each week.
